Who can join? The Marine Corps League is a veterans service organization open to all Marines and Veterans who have honorably served. Regular membership is limited to Marine Veterans and associate membership is open to Veteran Sailors, Soldiers, Airmen, Coast Guardsmen and Wartime Merchant Marine sailors.
